Model 19 chassis 126 change

I've found that part numbering on this chassis varies somewhat from Ron's published schematic.  Given what I've read on here about the 19 and 89, I expected that!

I'm keeping track of the deviations and will document them in a future post when I've been through the radio.  The chassis has the original Philco label on the back apron and is definitely a 19-126.

For now, I'm trying to find out what's inside bakelite block 4989-AH. On my chassis, one lug connects to a pin on coil #2 and is (I think) a .09.  The other lug connects to the junction of resistors #42 (1 M) and #41 (99K).  That's called out as 7D (.05 mF) on the schematic but definitely does not go to 7D (all connections to that can are verified).  The third lug is ground.

The book Philco Condensers and More appears to be out of print, and the 4989-AH isn't on Chuck's site.  I'd appreciate any wisdom ...
