All,, Silly me didn't take any notes on how to get the Front panel back on.. Does it go on with the controls fastened with nuts already? or go on with nuts removed then put front on and secure with nuts..

Did I make any since? Hard to explain..

Well, the yellow one was easiest to find - - AND the answer looks like  - - both, but only two are to the front cover it's self.

Ok, I feel stupid.. Motorboating gone.. This is what I did.. When I was recapping I got the 80uf and the 30 UF Electrolytic swapped.. Meaning the output of T2 ( B+) was a 30 UF instead of the 80 it should have been..

When I changed it to way it should be motorboating stopped..

Next I will see if I can see a signal..
