Are 47-204 & 47-205 backs the same?
#1

I rescued a 47-205 complete except for the back cover. Is the correct cover like the 47-204? I have one of those... It has the Philco letter cut-outs...

If anyone wants a flat bed scan of the 47-204 back, I can do that...

Thanks,
Robert

Welcome to the Phorum Robert. I can't answer your question but if you have both model radios can you just try the back to see if it fits? Or is it the style of the back what you need to know?

I take historical accuracy seriously.... I want to know for sure how this model left the factory.

I recently purchased a 47-205.  See photos.  The back appears original to me.
