Neato! 
 I have a very similar one but mine is a Harold Bell.
Mine is missing one escutcheon... Grrrrrr....
I'll have to make one when I get back to molds this fall.

Looks like the tape that held your in place failed Icon_rolleyes .

I thought that mine was gone too, but it was stuck inside next to the chassis.

P.S. Kirk, the escutcheon on the left is slightly different. The little pointers are missing. Should be easy to adjust in a mold.
