Need ID on this Bogen Amp..  I cannot read the model number?

Maybe someone else Can? 

Has 7 tubes 6F5,6F5,6C8,6F8,6L6,6L6 5X4

Looked all over and this is the closest I could find. It has 10 tubes instead of seven.
There is also a DX 18 but tube line up also not a match.

I did find (With help from other Forum) That the model D30 seems to match the tube lineup..Looks the same also..

He even sent me a schematic..
