RCA 10T

The unmolested chassis. Don't think any technician had their grubby paws underneath.

That sure cleaned/polished up pretty nice Icon_thumbup

I guess all that dust was a good protective layer for extended storage Icon_e_wink

And some chassis stamps: (there are many more that were taken in the clean up,  but my eyes are going crisscross now. You get the drift)... XD

Thanks John!!!!! This is by far the nicest chassis I've ever laid my hands on, or even seen in person!!!!!  Icon_clap
Yes, I believe the thick layer of dust, and I assume a heavy coating of cigar/cigarette smoke contributed to the preservation of this gem of a chassis!!!!!
Funny tho. The dust layer was SUPER thick under the magical brain cover. Far heavier than what was on the power chassis!!!  Icon_eek
P.S. this was only a 60+ hour clean up, and it still really isn't quite finished yet, but it's as far as I'm going on it...
Oh, and, all switches, transformers, and everything else I checked was either spot on, or in tolerance. Icon_smile
