I would probably pay $85 if it were on eBay or a swapmeet.
Purely nominal haggling to drop it to $75-$80.....but personally I think the price is good.

$85 seems OK to me also, except the finish seems bummed up near the top of the arch, I'd want to look a little closer and see what was going on with that. Otherwise it has nice lines for a mid-size cathedral or mantel set. I've got one in near-mint original condition and it's a beautiful set. I'd also be very careful removing that price sticker.
