FYI, found that the wireround mountings on the 70 is slotted open at the rear, just loosen and the wirewound resistor will slide out the back side to examine. I replaced the old deteriorating fiber washers at each end and cleaned it all up, replacing with new washers. My part was visible on the sticker - part 5125.

That is true. I had the same issue with this one and loosened them and slide the long bolt out to replace the washers. it was easier because I had loosened up the 5 terminal which was connected to a ground strap.
