#1

i recently purchased a philco at a yard sale. i have searched the internet. can't find on even similar to it. can anyone tell me where to find a model #. it has a part # 10718

Hi

Cabinet part no. 10718 corresponds to a 1949 Philco radio-phonograph, model 49-1602.

If this does not match your set, then please provide photos and we'll try again to identify it.

hi, that is it thank you. was there a record adapter for 45 rmp included with this. if how can i find one?
#4

According to Philco documentation, the original record changer in the 49-1602 was 78 rpm only. If it has a three speed changer, it is not the original unit.

Look and see if there is a name anywhere on the changer. Then contact these folks, they may have a 45 rpm adapter if this is indeed a three or four speed changer in your Philco:
