NRI 68 tube tester for newer tubes
#1

I have access to a NRI model 68 tube tester. I have tested almost all the tubes in my non functioning tube gear. The instructions do not list settings for some newer tubes.
Does someone know if there is a document that list newer tubes. The tubes in question are EL84 and EZ81. Does this model even have the ability to test them?
Thanks
James

6BQ5 is the North American equivalent of el84 and 6CA4 for the ez81. See if those are on the list.

Those two are not on the list either. I believe these tubes were introduced after the tester was made.
