Either a resistor or a cap.
A closer take with legible marking could help. People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.

My vote's for resistor. Try measuring resistance through it.
Also, looks like it's attached to a tube pin. Check the schematic and see what's attached to that pin. Can't think of anything witty. Greg O. Whitehall, PA

I also think it is a Micamold resistor.
