Philco Vintage record player HELP!

Just purchased the record player (attached). Noticed the sound is very weak. All Vacuum bulbs look to have power.
Looks like someone attempted a rewire, but since the wiring diagram is ripped, I cannot rewire it and I cannot find any diagrams.
