Philco TV antennas from 1954
#1

Great Philco TV antenna ads on the internet from 1954 especially the
Philco stacked two bay superconical. Had lots of these on 25' guyed masts in our Salem, Mass neighborhood until Hurricane Carol took down
most of them in 1954. To my fathers dismay several ended up in our back yard. The dealer that installed our Philco 49-1240 put up a Tenna T-811 on a 10' pole. Luckily my mother took pictures of the house which show both the livingroom with the TV and a great outside shot with the antenna. My memories from early childhood are astonishing. Other than here any mention to others would be thought of as totally useless
information. Who in their right mind would remember that crap.

PICS????
My memory isn't that good. And I was just a twinkle in my parents eyes.
