Hi:
What would you use clean the dial face of this radio (with something that is around the house)? It is very dirty andI dont want the printing to come off.

Is it painted metal? Windex works nice.

it is painted metal. plastic dial cover was missing and has some paint flicks on it from someone painting room.

It its' the kind I'm thinking of with white lettering on a black background Windex or soap and water is fine, if it's on foil test a small spot on the outside corner where it can't be seen.
