Thanks guys! I really thought I'd messed it up. I checked photos of 620s somewhere (radio attic I think), and knew the strip was dark. Then after I toned it, I did a google image search and they all came up with the strip being light. I thought I was losing it! You made me feel much better.

Philco decal came today, it's on there now, and I got the final coat of clear lacquer applied. When I get all the hardware and the original grill cloth back in the cab, I'll snap a photo and post it here. After that, it's time to get the chassis working. If anyone feels like helping me out, I'll start a new thread in the proper area.
