The Big & The Small Of It--2 More Found Today
#1

Here are 2 more flea market finds from today. Price was right so of course I couldn't resist! One little Emerson and one big RCA. The RCA is an 8-RF-13 with "Magic Eye" tuning. Now for some rearranging to make space.

Great finds! That RCA looks HUGE!! Either that or you have really tiny car.

No mistaken, it is a HUGE radio (28-1/2" wide x 19" tall). It is designed to rest on a special stand. Chassis is not that big but there are 3 speakers, the outer 2 being angled towards the corners. This is a 13 tube unit with supposedly very good sound.

If you have rust between the vanes, I wonder how you get the NJ in between, and how you then wipe it off.morzh — 12:02 PM
