OK, I see something close to 39-7 (with buttons) and 38-15 in plascon cabinet (uness it is painted) which is pretty rare.

This must be the weekend for good finds! Great haul! Icon_thumbup I used to have the yellow version of your little green Philco, but can't recall the model number. It's postwar, but that's all I can remember about it.

No matter where you go, there you are.

Very, very nice haul! ... You done well.

The green one is a 53-561. The B572 is nearly identical, but the dial scale is just slightly different (no "Special Services" band on the B572).

38-14 is pretty good set! I have a CS and a table set.
#11

38-14 is for all intents and purposes a AC/DC version of 38-15.
The dial goes from 2 to 6 MHz vs 6 to 18 on 38-15, but the sch is very much the same, chassis the same, box and even grill in some versions....
#12

Very nice haul my friend!!!
I'm sure you'll have a great time
fixing them up!!

I thought I had the brass tab bezel for the 39-7 but mine incases the buttons. So I need to find that, the rest look to be complete. I payed the most for the 38-14 because it has been completly restored and done right, not just the filters. There was also a beautifull mod 44B but by the time it came in I had spent my budget.

Morzh, the 38-14 scale reads 2.3 to 8.0
#15

Yes, 2 to 8. Sorry.
