Picked up this little gem for $10 at a small antique store I passed by. It says Allstate on the front and takes what looks like 6 "C" batteries. I also talked to the owner and he said his father has a barn full of tube radios and phonographs that they're going to be bringing in the next week or so.

Hmm, that thing looks like it could have also been meant to be used in a car with the right adaptors. Kinda neat though. Also, good luck on the other radios if you can get them!

Depends on what route you take. I usually take 80-11-7 when I go to wheeling, Wv
