Philco Model 86
#1

Hi;
Just bagged a 1929 model 86. This is 85 years OLD!!!
Does anybody have any info on this that has a parts list and pinouts and ohms resistance on the transformers, and parts location etc. What is the B+ voltage suppose to be?
Also this has a combo resistor/capacitor coils part 7, 12,17..never seen that. Can you restuff that?
Also,,, what is inside the 2 capacitor cans? .....The smaller one is soldered shut..... Can you open it and restuff ?..... Also the larger one....what's inside that big box? Tar? Is it hard to remove?
Can you restuff that one too?
Just need some help before I start this project. Heres some pics. Bought on Craigslist for $40

The latter has values (next best thing to parts list).

If not enough, Chuck is your goto guy.

Already have that schematic. I need something detailed.

thanks

It is auite enough, the latter one with values.

And, IMHO, measuring resistances of transformers is mostly...unnecessary and borderline useless.
