6X5GT question
#1

I very much enjoy using my Zenith 8S563, and it has been working well for the past 4 months, but I just wanted to check to make sure it is okay to use it. It has a late run GE 6X5GT for a rectifier, and I've heard speculation that any 6X5 variant should not be used, but I've also heard speculation that 6X5GT's are fine. I just want to see if I should fix this or don't bother.  Icon_crazy In my humble opinion, it is much better than the Philco 16B in terms of sound quality.
