Sorry about the Stromberg, but I'm sure you'll get it straighten out one way or another.  Looking forward to see how the lacquer fill works out.

Is that little GE transistor made is the U.S. or Japan?

Buzz, I watch your videos regularly and LOVED the little 1946 Bendix 0526A radio you featured in one of your recent cinematic efforts. So much so that I did mine up the same way! I hope in this case you go along with the adage that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, because that three tone color combination hit a home run! Thanks for the inspiration. That little odd color under the tuning knob is glare from the overhead light in the room, not a paint defect.

You should go to Hollywood Buzz, I enjoy your productions, from the 110 prefix on the chassis label I am pretty sure that your Silvertone was made by Air King Products in Brooklyn, Air King used that Oatmeal box style antenna in a few models, and it works pretty good. The only AK's in my collection are Air Kings!
