ozarka v16
#16

Are you guys talking about Don Patterson when you refer to Mr. Ozarka?

Don was the original publisher of Radio Age and wrote a series of articles on Ozarka and his V16 is featured in the Dec 1988 issue.  Radio Age is now the official newsletter of MAARC but they sell copies of all back issues:

Don is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge and I'm sure would be glad to help you out.... ck your PM's for contact info.

Don is the Ozarka expert for sure.
He has agreed to restore my chassis for me.
What a great guy.
Who else could do the kind of job Don can do.
Afterall, He is the Ozarka man.
Thanks for the help guy's.
I will still be doing research on this model.
Would be nice to see who has the 3rd one and trace them all back to the first owners.

Update on the V16,
Don says he's almost done and is almost ready to fire it up for the first time.
He decided to re-build his V16 at the same time.
Has found some issues with his as well.
Should have both running soon.
He needed a bunch of control arm brackets made to replace the broken pot metal linkage actuators on his old Greib.
Can't buy those anymore.
Will let everyone know when I get it back.
Merry Christmas to all.

If there really are only 2, then I have lucked out and managed to find a 3rd Icon_smile. At least the cabinet is the same. It has a Matheson Bell dial plate on it instead of the one shown on yours.
