hey guys
bought a radio for parts  not too bad shape
decided to restore it some one installed head phone jacks ? least I think they are
found the speaker wire cut  from fiber board to speaker cone.  copper ribbon wire string in it ?
how do I solder a piece of wire to it
I replaced lytics and tubes ,jumped speaker It plays but low and static

Could you show some pics, I have some trouble picturing it in my head....

I think he means one of the wires to the voice coil is cut. I would just take a small piece of wire and make a loop on the wire and on the remaining voice coil braid wire and solder a patch on it. Then solder your extended wire back to the terminal.
