Philco 38-116 Found with original back
#1

I know it's been awhile since last posting, thought I share some pictures of a 38-116 console I found here in Arizona last weekend (where antique radios just don't exist) bought it for $60. My intentions were to use it for parts to repair a 37-116 console (that was damaged while shipping), I'm not a big fan of the slant front models, but I just cant do it. I was amazed to see it still had the original back! Does anyone have a junk 37 or 38-116 chassis? I'm in need of the volume control shaft (pictured) I've been looking for a couple of years now with no luck.
