On a Philco 41-255 does the oscillator run above or below the signal on each of the three bands?

Broadcast band - I'm sure it runs above.

Police band (2.5 - 7 MHz)  ????

Overseas band (9 - 12 MHz) alignment instructions say the image is above the actual frequency, so I think the oscillator runs below.

Can anyone verify where the oscillator runs for each band?
