Restoring weston 685

Someone added new socket types to this machine. Should i restore it back to original?

If it was mine I would not change them. Being it is your tester do as you like. Looking forward to updates on the restoration. I live about 190 miles due north of you, grew up in Tampa. Last time I was there was May of 2015 my old Junior High was 100 years old. Now called Wilson Middle School. David

I would like to restore it but the sockets with enlongated holes are rare has hens teeth, ie the 7 pin
