I just started delving into prewar Philcos, and have come across 3 different 40-130s.  Every one had only two chassis bolts, even though there are 4 holes in the cabinet, and four places on the chassis for them to go.  Did these usually come with four bolts, and only two were left on after servicing?

first all I wanted to welcom you to the site and yes they come with 4 bolts don't quote me on it thou far as that model goes !
all of the Philcos that I have worked on came from the factory with 4 bolts installed .
