Many post war FM tuners/receivers use coil expansion/compression to obtain resonance instead of a trimmer capacitor.This gives me difficulty getting alignment exact. Would like to improve my technique and discover a non magnetic tool to use.Your comments on how you perform this operation will be deeply appreciated.
