Right from the Tone Control section of my Parts Values Page:
Four switch positions: Point 1 - 0.0 Mfd. (open) Point 2 - .015 Mfd. Point 3 - .01 Mfd. Point 4 - .01 Mfd. http://www.philcorepairbench.com/tonectl.htm Be sure to use 630 volt caps.
