can anyone identify this model
#1

Any help identifying this model? It has a small red light in the front and two hidden toggle switches. No sticker or model number that I can find. Please help!!

40-201:

But, it should have only one toggle switch under the left side of the dial, not two toggle switches!

That is one of my favorite Philco consoles. Very neat styling, and a very good performer as well, once you deal with the usual rubber-covered wiring issues.

Thanks!! It does have two toggles one right one left. It has a little red light I thought it might be a mystery control?

It should not have a toggle switch on the right; that one was added by someone after the set left the factory. Radio-phono switch, maybe?

No, the 40-201 is not a Mystery Control set.
