Hello:
Maybe someone has a tip for figuring out an RF problem on a 37-60. All filaments and plate voltages are good. The coils measure continuity, but not necessarily the ohms noted on the schematics. There's continuity from the antenna terminal to the antenna coil. The AF section passes 400hz tone. I hooked the signal generator to the Det. Osc. 6A8 grid. It passes the 470hz IF tone and is affected by adjusting the padder on the two IF cans. Now I'm not getting anything when going to the next step with the signal generator clipped to the antenna terminal. Not exactly sure where to go except for checking the coils again. Maybe a seasoned radio restorer has a tip for me.
Thanks,
Dave
