So the real work began today.

I have replaced three electrolytics and some resistors, most notably R19 and R26.

Following the recommendations by Dave Gillespie on Audiokarma (see post #32 above), I changed R19 to a 150 ohm, 20 watt resistor. I added new terminal strips to hold R19 and R26, and to get their ends away from audio section wiring as Mr. Gillespie suggested.

A closer look at a couple of the 25 uF electrolytics I replaced, along with the resistors that also connected in the same areas:

The twist-lock cap cans from Hayseed Hamfest are supposed to arrive tomorrow. I hope so. I only have a few more components to install other than those three cans.
