I'm trying to figure out what dial scale parts I need to order for my 38-116 code 121 that I got last week. I know I am missing the dial but no problem finding reproductions and I also need the band select mask as mine is damage. What I am trying to figure out is what holds the dial scale on? I've been looking at Philco Service bulletin 273,http://www.philcorepairbench.com/autodial/index.htm . But I am still unsure if I need the spacer and how the dial scale mounts.
