NO FM on a Philco 48-1266 / AM & SW ok !

Hi , 49Stude63 I appreciate all and any suggestions , I've been fighting this radio for over a month !! Yes , mine too has the tape over the tops of the rivits on the 7F8 tube socket , again, one fell off while I was recaping , I figured they "did something" so I replaced it !
