80 is a regen-superhet, and as any regen, especially a cheap one, is finicky.
Once aligned, try to play with that trimmer that sets the feedback. Just shy of chirping. People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
