philco radio 40-120 tuning
#9

Oddly enough, my buddy who rebuilds my radios has used the string that ties big bags of cat food closed on my radios! He buys generic, 40 pound bags of dry cat food at his local feed shop and they are closed with a rather strong string that is very close to the size of dial cord. Other than being a different color it seems to work well and also seems to get more 'bite' on the shafts and wheels. It's called restoring radios on a budget! Icon_lol

No matter where you go, there you are.
