Is your loop antenna intact? Can you disconnect and make sure it at least shows continuity?
The reason I am asking, you might be receiving the SSTRAN even withour it, the signal is strong enough. People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
