Other then trying to replicate that faux finish with paint or with some sort of water transfer paper there is a product called "Dinoc" that may work as a substitute, that is assuming it isn't real veneer, sometimes you can replace the faux stuff with real veneer. Philco name brand decals are available from several sources, companies that supply antique radio parts, AES and Radio Daze (don't know what their new name is) Depending on the escutcheon you may be able to find a reproduction one, if it has 8 or 9 holes for the pushbuttons you are in luck, if it has ten you will have to make something up or work with what's there.
