Welcome to the Phorum, Dan! You've really gotten yourself a plateful with this set, and I envy you. I'm still looking for my '690', but the chase is often more fun in retrospect. Enjoy bringing it back. Before you try unwinding the coil try the needle method first. Slowly drag a needle across the windings and count the "bumps".
