I have it working on the test rig. There was a shorted lytic, which in turn, took out a resistor. All the other lytics ended up reforming to my satisfaction.

All I have to do now is resolder the pins on the CRT base , then remove and clean the tube and safety glass. Pics will come very soon.

AS for the water and heat gun method of delaminating safety glasses, it will only work on RCA based tubes. It won't have any effect on the green halo found on Zenith tubes (the heat gun will crack the safety glass).
