There were three versions of the Philco 90 chassis, Jerry.
1st version - two 45 output tubes, 175 kc IF
2nd version - one 47 output tube, 175 kc IF
3rd version - two 47 output tubes, a three gang tuning condenser instead of a four gang as used in the earlier models, 260 kc IF
The photos in the craigslist ad are small, but that does look like a single 47 version.
