Philco 38-7CS...I think

I get about 10uF (9.53uF to be exact) for a 32 volt drop using the spreadsheet at the bottom on this page: http://www.vintage-radio.com/repair-rest...calcs.html

I like to use polypropylene motor run capacitors which are designed to have AC current running through them.
