Hi,I am not familiar with your model so I am not sure if this will help.There are some reproduction faceplates (escutcheons) and knobs
available.I purchased some through a place in upstate N.Y. The name is Radio Daze. I do not want to give you the impression this is the only place to go as there may be others.Also there is a radio "junk yard" on the web that sells old parts.
