On doing some completely unrelated research I followed this link to this VERY long web page:

About 40% down the page there is a description of Philco Mystery Dial sets being built under license in Finland.
.. Don't know if that tid-bit has appeared here since I can't seem to enter a search query here..
Now back to my real task of researching Soviet made radios of the 1950s.
