What Philco model years would a fabric covered power cord be appropriate?

1928 through 1936, as well as the earliest production of 1937 models. It was during the production of the 1937 models that Philco switched to rubber zip cord.

The cloth-covered cord used was brown, as was the rubber zip cord.
