Based on my experience with several 1937 sets, a 37-61, a 37-640, and the picture of a 37-650 in the gallery on the main site, https://philcoradio.com/gallery2/1937a/#Model_37-650B , I would say that the only decal used on these sets was the PHILCO decal at the top on the front.
