Thank you Terry, replacing the capacitor did the job 
. I would never have figure it out on my own. I'm only a beginner but learning new things everyday. I purchase a 47-205, the outside is not bad maybe a little cleaning and some dark wax to shine it up. Needs a recap job and hopefully that will get it going. Has anyone ever try to clean those dial lenses with plastic polish, mine is yellow
