Thanks Ron! I thought so. I couldn't tell as the shadow meter looked different than in my 4 band shouldered 16B.
It was priced right, and the chassis was well restored and playing very well so I bought it anyway. I now have 3!
Trying to get all 4 different styles (I think there are 4 styles of the 16B). If so I just need the early cathedral.
