Philco 46-1226 restoration.

I just purchased a Philco 46-1226 radio and am looking for advice on fixing it. Im getting no sound out of the speaker, but everything else including the turntable is coming on. Any ideas of where I can start looking for the problem? This is my first time trying something like this so I have no clue. Thanks
