EICO 235 VTVM
#1

Just have some time to repair. I almost gave up could not find the schematic. Once  I did the two main problems zero adj R23 bad. R6 3.3M leaky. I again replaced all carbons. I did not have a 91M so the mass on the upper left is 20M and one 10M. I replaced the cap and diode as well.

Hi, I am looking for some help on the R-23 when I try to do the calibration it says to adjust R-23 to zero the meter but R-23 does nothing. Where did you get with yours?

For those of you following at home here's a copy of the manual:  http://bama.edebris.com/download/eico/23...%20235.pdf

When my pals were reading comic books
I was down in the basement in my dad's
workshop. Perusing his Sam's Photofoacts
Vol 1-50 admiring the old set and trying to
figure out what all those squiggly meant.
Circa 1966
Now I think I've got!
